All TETRA employees can have an Atlassian ID account with Just Portal access only. They cannot edit, add pages or makes comments but they can Find Help and Services and submit request to the many INTERNAL PORTALS. You can tell if your account is a Portal only account (restricted) as you cannot edit pages or make comments. If you want to be able to create content, have access to more spaces and JIRA then please FILL IN A TICKET.
